This is our cornerstone service, designed to organize, simplify, and optimize your financial world. We create a single, actionable roadmap to coordinate your finances. For services I don’t offer personally, I am happy to work with your existing professionals—or help refer you to one—to ensure all the pieces of your financial roadmap work together.

Our Planning Process Includes:
- Defining Your Goals: We go beyond just retirement to map out all your major life goals, from homeownership and college funding to travel and business succession. We establish clear milestones for each.
- Cash Flow & Spending Plan: We help you understand where your money is going so you can direct it with purpose.
- Risk Management & Goal Protection: We explore the “what-ifs.” What happens to your family and your goals if you get sick, hurt, or pass away? This is a crucial step to mitigate risks and help safeguard your plan.
- Investment Strategy: Aligning your existing investments (401(k)s, IRAs, brokerage accounts) with your long-term goals.
- Coordinating Your Estate Plan: We do more than just discuss the basics. We run an “estate flow” analysis, look at potential taxes, and connect you with professionals to get your trust and other legal documents drafted. (Please note: Professional fees for document preparation are separate and paid directly to that service or professional).
2. Ongoing Investment Management
A separate service for clients who want dedicated, professional management of their investment portfolio. We meet quarterly to review performance, discuss market conditions, and ensure your portfolio remains aligned with your goals.
3. Insurance & Annuity Strategies
As a licensed insurance agent, I can help you implement a wide range of products to help safeguard your plan, including life, disability, long-term care, as well as annuities.
Our Transparent Fee Structure
I believe in being completely transparent about how I’m compensated. There are three ways I am paid for my services, and you will always know which applies before moving forward.
For Comprehensive Financial Planning
I charge a flat annual fee for the creation of your in-depth financial plan. This fee is charged upfront when we begin the planning process and ranges from $1,500 to $5,000, based on the complexity of your situation.
For Ongoing Investment Management
This is an additional service with a separate fee. I charge a flat 1% annual fee based on the assets I manage for you. This fee is billed quarterly.
For Insurance & Annuity Products
When I help you secure an insurance policy or annuity, the insurance company pays me a commission. Your only out-of-pocket cost is the insurance premium itself. The commission does not increase your premium; it’s the standard way insurance agents are compensated for their work.
